A dedication to the karma loop of the world’s suffering today. Abusers are but victims of victims. By responding violence with violence, we are continuing the cycle of abuse. This is a piece that reflects the inner conflict in the face of oppressions, violence and abuse. In order for us to find peace, we must first put out the fire of anger in us and go through the struggle of processing and healing from the deep root of our pain. Could standing up from violence and injustice look different from the typical superhero narratives that we are so accustomed to?
